It is obvious to everyone that we are faced with unprecedented challenges at this time. There is a great deal of discomfort and anxiety that surrounds us every day. In an effort to remove some the current burdens Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg wants to let you know that we’re here for you. For the time being, we are offering pickup and delivery to our clientele who feel reluctant or concerned about bringing their vehicle in for service.
As a courtesy to you, we will pick up vehicles, on a first come first serve basis, while we weather this storm together. You simply need to call 540-654-7003 and we will dispatch personnel to your home or place of business to bring your vehicle in for whatever service is needed. The pick-up and delivery option will be available during normal business hours (as time permits), Monday through Friday.
In addition to fulfilling your service request, before and after completing the repairs or maintenance we will clean and disinfect the touch points of your vehicle. Once all of this has been accomplished, we will contact you to establish an ideal time to return the vehicle to your home or office.
