I asked for the same basic lease structure that two other Honda dealerships had already provided me which was a printed worksheet with the money factor, residual, selling price, and fees. Instead, the salesperson handāwrote the MF and residuals, only showed me numbers for one trim even though I requested two, and seemed shocked when I asked for the Money factor. When I asked for the printed breakdown that other Honda dealers gave me, I was told it ācouldnāt be provided,ā which didnāt match my experience elsewhere.
