Here at Honda, Bosa was so amazing. The first day I was there 3-4 hours. All my questions were answered, I got to test drive an amazing car. I had probably talked to 3-4 people. I didn’t get the keys then because of doubt and other obstacles that Bosa brought to my attention which I was so grateful for. Two days later I was back. “ I called to see if they had a lower control arm and they did. I drove about an hour to Manasas and back and they’ve sold me a messed up control arm that I had to replace and had to buy another one. Wouldn’t recommend buying at this dealer a big scam For parts ”

“ I called ahead to see if they had walk in availability, which service said that it was getting busy, but that they’d take me in! I explained that I was looking for an alignment on my lowered car. She asked asked about details, and told me the alignment was $150. I got there, and a services advisor wrote up my ticket, I asked for the tech to adjust the camber to -2° and I had her note toe in the rear that I knew was there. She noted it down & showed me it would in total, be $180 with taxes, which I signed for. she then came to me and told me because I wanted a specific alignment that the total would be closer to $300. I told her to disregard and just do a standard alignment she came back five minutes later to tell me that no matter what it would be closer to $300. This prompted me to cancel the service. I felt like I was being a bait and switched and was being charged nearly double what I was quoted in. I will never go back nor recommend them to the car community any longer. ”
