“ I've been taking my Lexus to this Honda dealership for the last few years, for my annual safety inspection and emissions, when needed. The waiting area is very comfortable and the restroom clean. They also have some snacks and coffee/teas available at a reasonable price. Depending on the day of the week, the wait is not too long and they provide a report of what was checked, along with recommendations for any items needing service. At my last visit, the service representative was pleasant and answered all of my questions. I asked for the same basic lease structure that two other Honda dealerships had already provided me which was a printed worksheet with the money factor, residual, selling price, and fees. Instead, the salesperson hand‑wrote the MF and residuals, only showed me numbers for one trim even though I requested two, and seemed shocked when I asked for the Money factor. When I asked for the printed breakdown that other Honda dealers gave me, I was told it “couldn’t be provided,” which didn’t match my experience elsewhere.
