They also have some snacks and coffee/teas available at a reasonable price. Depending on the day of the week, the wait is not too long and they provide a report of what was checked, along with recommendations for any items needing service. At my last visit, the service representative was pleasant and answered all of my questions. I asked for the same basic lease structure that two other Honda dealerships had already provided me which was a printed worksheet with the money factor, residual, selling price, and fees. Instead, the salesperson hand‑wrote the MF and residuals, only showed me numbers for one trim even though I requested two, and seemed shocked when I asked for the Money factor. When I asked for the printed breakdown that other Honda dealers gave me, I was told it “couldn’t be provided,” which didn’t match my experience elsewhere.
