“ The employees were very courteous. The work is solid. The wait was so long. My husband and I brought our cars in at the same time. Both for oil change and tire rotation. He also needed a safety inspection. His was finished an hour before mine. When I asked about my car, it seemed that the paperwork was misplaced and my car was ready all along. Also (and this is not against Pohanka, per se, but I remember dealerships vacuuming floor boards and freshening up cars when they had maintenance done (fluids topped off, windows washed, just basic “stuff” that makes your car feel so nice) and that was definitely not the case. I was like…where is the paper floor mat? Maybe things have just changed a ton since I last purchased at car at Pohanka ”
