They look for other faults but they are only recommendations unless it is a major safety or critical safety issue. As a recent innovation, they make a digital video of issues by their mechanic to provide direct evidence to the customer. Highly recommended-world class Service Center. I understand they work on other car makes as well. ”

I had to start my car journey after a scary experience (and my kids were in the car with me). I went to Drivetime and Koons, and it brought me more anxiety and doubt. Here at Honda, Bosa was so amazing. The first day I was there 3-4 hours. All my questions were answered, I got to test drive an amazing car. I had probably talked to 3-4 people.
