This location is so professional, knowledgeable and will literally work with you. The only way you won’t walk out with keys is if YOU are holding yourself back. That was almost me. Now if you don’t like great service, people who take their time, sitting for a little while, then this place isn’t for you. However, it’s all worth it. I had to start my car journey after a scary experience (and my kids were in the car with me). I went to Drivetime and Koons, and it brought me more anxiety and doubt. Here at Honda, Bosa was so amazing. The first day I was there 3-4 hours. All my questions were answered, I got to test drive an amazing car. I had probably talked to 3-4 people. “ I called to see if they had a lower control arm and they did. I drove about an hour to Manasas and back and they’ve sold me a messed up control arm that I had to replace and had to buy another one. Wouldn’t recommend buying at this dealer a big scam For parts ”

“ I called ahead to see if they had walk in availability, which service said that it was getting busy, but that they’d take me in! I explained that I was looking for an alignment on my lowered car. She asked asked about details, and told me the alignment was $150. I got there, and a services advisor wrote up my ticket, I asked for the tech to adjust the camber to -2° and I had her note toe in the rear that I knew was there. She noted it down & showed me it would in total, be $180 with taxes, which I signed for. she then came to me and told me because I wanted a specific alignment that the total would be closer to $300. I told her to disregard and just do a standard alignment she came back five minutes later to tell me that no matter what it would be closer to $300. This prompted me to cancel the service. I felt like I was being a bait and switched and was being charged nearly double what I was quoted in. I will never go back nor recommend them to the car community any longer. ”
