This location is so professional, knowledgeable and will literally work with you. The only way you won’t walk out with keys is if YOU are holding yourself back. That was almost me. I had to start my car journey after a scary experience (and my kids were in the car with me). I went to Drivetime and Koons, and it brought me more anxiety and doubt. Here at Honda, Bosa was so amazing. The first day I was there 3-4 hours. All my questions were answered, I got to test drive an amazing car. I had probably talked to 3-4 people. I didn’t get the keys then because of doubt and other obstacles that Bosa brought to my attention which I was so grateful for. Two days later I was back. There was no way I could let all their hard work go to waste and plus they worked with me so well to get a vehicle in my budget. I got my first BRAND NEW car! I’m the first owner. My first Honda. “ The employees were very courteous. The work is solid. The wait was so long. My husband and I brought our cars in at the same time. Both for oil change and tire rotation. He also needed a safety inspection. His was finished an hour before mine. When I asked about my car, it seemed that the paperwork was misplaced and my car was ready all along. Also (and this is not against Pohanka, per se, but I remember dealerships vacuuming floor boards and freshening up cars when they had maintenance done (fluids topped off, windows washed, just basic “stuff” that makes your car feel so nice) and that was definitely not the case. I was like…where is the paper floor mat? Maybe things have just changed a ton since I last purchased at car at Pohanka ”
“ I called to see if they had a lower control arm and they did. I drove about an hour to Manasas and back and they’ve sold me a messed up control arm that I had to replace and had to buy another one. Wouldn’t recommend buying at this dealer a big scam For parts ”
