“ Outstanding Honda Service Center conveniently located to my house. Service Center does not require appointments which is an important factor. Service is always first rate. They look for other faults but they are only recommendations unless it is a major safety or critical safety issue. As a recent innovation, they make a digital video of issues by their mechanic to provide direct evidence to the customer. Highly recommended-world class Service Center. I understand they work on other car makes as well. ”

They inform you of an estimated wait time, but I’ve never had to wait more than 2 hours to have any service completed. I do like the new feature of sending you a video of your car being inspected by their service team. ”

This location is so professional, knowledgeable and will literally work with you. The only way you won’t walk out with keys is if YOU are holding yourself back. That was almost me. Now if you don’t like great service, people who take their time, sitting for a little while, then this place isn’t for you. However, it’s all worth it. I had to start my car journey after a scary experience (and my kids were in the car with me). I went to Drivetime and Koons, and it brought me more anxiety and doubt. Here at Honda, Bosa was so amazing. The first day I was there 3-4 hours. All my questions were answered, I got to test drive an amazing car. I had probably talked to 3-4 people. I didn’t get the keys then because of doubt and other obstacles that Bosa brought to my attention which I was so grateful for. Two days later I was back. There was no way I could let all their hard work go to waste and plus they worked with me so well to get a vehicle in my budget. I got my first BRAND NEW car! I’m the first owner. My first Honda.
