It was also identified that the battery needed to be changed out. Jeff initiated that as well. I recommend a raise to his base salary. Corey had all of his paperwork together and knew his profession. He was easy to work with in closing out the financials of the purchase. The only negative part of my experience is at the end they were never able to get the car detailed and ready for customer acceptance.
